The objective of this project was to rebrand Nectr, a skincare brand initially developed during Semester 4. While I appreciated the original design, I felt it needed a modern update to align with current trends. This endeavor included creating a comprehensive brand style sheet, designing packaging, and crafting social media posts, aiming to showcase a diverse range of design skills within my portfolio.
The revamped logo retains the essence of the original but boasts increased versatility. Its bold and playful font, coupled with customizable colours, ensures adaptability across various product lines. The expansion of the brand facilitated the packaging design process, allowing for a streamlined approach guided by a cohesive brand identity. Moreover, venturing into social media design was an intentional addition, emphasizing the importance of strategic and visually cohesive content for a brand's online presence.
Achieving a clean and simple layout for packaging was a priority, reflecting consumer preferences for readability and clarity in product information. Incorporating aesthetically pleasing social media posts not only showcased the products but also highlighted the brand's overall visual appeal.

The original logo design for Nectr featured a distinctive fruit slice motif, capturing the essence of freshness and natural ingredients. This design was emblematic of the brand's bold and vibrant identity. In the re-design process, maintaining the essence of the original logo was a primary objective, ensuring continuity and brand recognition.
The re-designed logo successfully retains the core elements that made the original logo impactful while introducing enhanced versatility. This strategic approach not only allows for greater flexibility in brand application but also opens doors to expanding the project with seamless integration across various mediums and marketing materials. The boldness and visual appeal of the logo remain intact, further reinforcing the brand's identity and message.
By modernizing and refining the logo design, the re-design has not only breathed new life into the brand but has also provided a strong foundation for future brand development and expansion. The updated logo's versatility paves the way for enhanced branding opportunities and a cohesive visual identity that resonates with the brand's target audience.
